Had my car valet last night in south beach. When I got my car back and saw this. This is why I never trust valet parking. I guess this is my chance to get my whole front bumper repainted to cover up the license paint holes since I don't have a front tag anymore.

BTW: They gave me $150 for now but willing to pay the rest when i get my estimate.

 

That's terrible. I always try to avoid valet whenever possible. The damage doesn't seem to be that big or bad from what I can tell from the picture.

At least they are willing to pay for the damage. $150 is a good start.

I wouldn't have ever noticed a nick that small on my car. Though I suppose it is the principle of the matter.

 

Only reason I noticed it was because I saw the car parking in the lot and the bumper was hitting parking bump.

 

funny valet story..my friend worked at a restaurant that became a club on fridays..guy drove up in a nice RS4..k about a 90,000$ audi, last time i saw the price..straight up blew the clutch flyin down a local highway, didn't realize it was awd n tried to burnout..valet had to pay a nice 4-5g's to fix. haha..

 

I never valet my car. Even if there's not a single spot. Can't trust anyone driving the car.

 

damn that sucks. Suprised they paid you. This happened to my old Integra GSR and they didn't pay for anything even though i showed them that the bumper was hitting the curb. I lost because they said i had lots of rash marks on the bottom of the bumper. If anything get a quote to repaint bumper and then just order a lip that will cover it up.
