Default Pwr mode

i dont know if any of you ever had this problem but driving in pwr mode on the freeway (in connecticut alot of dumb drivers people doing 50mph in the fast lane 1 example) say im doing 75 following a car steady speed and he brakes hard so i do. Only in power mode when i brake hard the rpm needle goes up and stays up even though my speed goes down. and once i hit the gas pedal the car jerks as the rpm needle goes back down. anyone else have this issue?

that's not an issue, it's how power mode is supposed to work.

The only thing power mode does is change shift behavior, including what you describe above.

Its trying to keep the engine in the higher RPM so you have more power on demand.

The car thinks you are braking hard entering a turn and looking for the apex. Functioning normally.
