So alot of people are saying do it

It doesn't make the classy Lexus look too 'ricer'? Like I'm trying to pimp out a 98' Honda Civic? Lol...

Thanks, everything was like $20. Just removed the emblems and sprayed 2 coats duplicolor adhesion promoter, didn't sand. Then 5-6 coats of metalcast smoke. Finally 5 coats of clear. Everything was from duplicolor.

I have a TP with black rims and polished lip, smoked tails, and I just put black emblems on. Ill take a pic later and post it. It flows really well with tinted windows and dark rims.

For some reason you have it in your head that adding Black Pearl Emblems to your car makes it "rice". It sounds like this isn't the mod for you. If you're second-guessing it now you'll probably second-guess it when it's installed.

I think the black pearl badges look great on lighter colored cars and if you do too and can comfortably cover the hideous cost of those bits of colored plastic then....

I actually like the debadged look too but that takes a body shop.
