IMHO this is very unlikely. First, the dealer would be afraid of responsibility for screwing the car software, and second, you can rarely find a know-it-all smart tech at stealership. I'd rather ask around guys that practice connecting aftermarket navigation units to stock LCD and that sort of stuff.
