Just an update.. I tighten some screw and now my mirror is less vibrating.

Tighten the screw in this shot using 8mm key.

I just got the fix done under warranty, but mirror still vibrates, not as much, but the vibration is quite noticeable because the view in the mirror is not clean....it is more like microvibrations...like a sonic toothbrush sortof....

The problem apparently is the windshield. The windshield itself is not mounted "solid" and if I hit the windshield with my palm, the mirror vibrates.

I had a ES350 loaner and the mirror vibrates in that too.....Lexus is going down the drain.

Here is another test......open your door, sit in the seat, keep looking at the rear view mirror and close the door. The mirror will shake. WTF. This little test is sending out disturbing signals to me. What I conclude is that the A-pillars and the front cross beam structure are not solid. That is scary.

Fixed...finally.

Called Lexus customer service seeking money back and their field technician came over and adjusted the baffle/deflector.

Had mine fixed two years ago, but it recently worked loose again. I can shake the mirror back and forth just by trying to adjust it up and down. It's got play in it, which I'm thinking is a screw or two loose somewhere. Going to take it back in.
