I currently have a 00gs400. I am considering buying a is350. I wanted to know if i would be satified with a smaller vehicle (leg room, backseats). I was also considering the gs350. Although they have the same engine obviously there would be a difference in how the car handles. I love the is350 because of the wide range of mods that you can purchase for this car. however i am concerned on how i would feel about downgrading to a smaller vehicle. Your opinions would be greatly appreciated

thank you in advance.

If your concerned about doing mods and things like that I would consider the IS-F. I mean figure if you want the car for mods why dont you put all that mod-money into something where it would count. Ive seen some used IS-F's for 43k. Thats basically a IS 350 fully modded out? I duno just my two cents!

depending if price isnt an issue and if you wanted it fully loaded.. if you are concerned with the small size def. go with the gs. but if its not to big of an issue and you love modding your car up go for the is

Front leg room isn't much of a problem from my experience (but I'm not 6'8" or anything)

Rear space is a bit cramped, but I don't sit there :P

If you -frequently- have adults sitting in your back seat get the GS... otherwise as long as you're comfortable seated in the drivers seat get the IS for the lighter weight and better handling.
