Horrible camber issues (Pics)

it does look like your tires are not inflated properly too. 32 psi, is that first thing in the morning or is that taking measurements after driving your car around? your tires should be about 34-35psi sitting on cold pavement.

How sure are you that JM Lexus did the alignment? Did they provide the before and after alignment paperwork?
Btw...is there a oem camber bolt up front? I know there is none in the rear.
Assuming there is one...if it wasn't tightened properly after alignment...one good bump can mess it all up.

from looking at the pictures, it looks like your almost to the wear bars on your tires. when your at the wear bars, you have about 3/32 left of tread (correct me if im wrong) and it looks like you have maybe about 3/32 to 4/32 left on the middle and outside edges. if those are in fact your stock set of tires and haven't had any tire work done at all since you first got your vehicle, i would think that you would have more than 11k miles on those tires. thats just my opinion and you should be able to get 20k - 30k miles on original tires. i had about 27k before i replaced my first set.

Hows your tires in the rear? Here's a post for Megan Racing cambers for the rear. Maybe you can call them and see if they make cambers for the front.

God I love being right.
I vote alignment with proper toe adjustment and proper air inflation and you'd be better off...
No way they should be wearing that way stock - and if they are, you need to have Lexus figure out a solution.
