paint sealants should be applied before wax.

they dont bond with wax if you lay the wax first. and even then, you should add a layer of sealant and wait atleast 24 hours before putting the layer of wax.

My man... I know all about it. I detail my car all the time... perhaps a bit too much... your supposed to top a sealant with nuba, not the other way around. Carnauba waxes can bond to a sealant, but sealants cannot bond to a carnauba, simple detailing basics.

Not trying to be a jerk, just trying to educate you... next time around, do the sealant first, then top with a carnauba as your final coat.

You prolly used Wolfgang Deep Gloss Paint Sealant 3.0, no? Good stuff, I have it too and flipflop from that and Klasse High Gloss Paint Sealant... both good stuff... but trust me bro, you (hate to say it) wasted about 4 of those 6 hours. Car may look good right now, but your not going to have much protection at all... maybe a couple weeks worth. Sealants wont bond, thus waisted, if they are not put directly onto the car's paint and given 18-24 hours to cure.

Ok guys i need some edjumication on this ... I'm not no professional here but this is what i did... Wash, clay bar, then applied Menzerna Super Intensive Polish PO 83 to remove the swirls and scratches then used Menzerna Super Finish (Nano) PO 106 FA then on autogeek.net states Always apply a wax or sealant after polishing. We recommend Wolfgang Deep Gloss Paint Sealant 3.0 to seal in the shine with its long-lasting polymer formula - which i used and did. I applied a Pinnacle Souverän Carnauba Wax after the paint sealant the next day....

If you did it in that order, your golden! Your good to go. Before you wrote you washed - clayed - polished - (waxed) - Sealant. But looks like tyou didn teh WDGPS3.0 after polishing which is correct, then Pinnacle Souveran last... all good. Pinnacle is great stuff by the way! I have the Signature Series II (my car is silver) and I just LOVE the stuff.
