I normally avg 330 miles per tank and about a month ago, I started getting 350 consistently. At first, I thought it was a fluke but I've been getting the same numbers at the last 3 fillups.

My driving habits haven't changed at all from before the recall to after. I still do the same mix of highway & city driving and my right foot is still heavy at times.

Btw, I have an IS350.
Do you drive mostly highway or city miles?

after my recall, i'm gettin about the same...i'm avgin roughly 23-25 mpg and 325-400 a tank dependin on traffic errr...but i never get below 300 per tank...i would say i'm avgin 350ish per tank...not bad for dallas i guess...dam i hate 635!

My 250 RWD is a touch worse - 470-ish a tank down to about 450. Not complaining, just an observation. The trip computer still says it's above 30 mpg.

I drive about 65% highway and 35% city but like I said, I've driven this combo in the same manner before the recall and after the recall. I can't pinpoint the better mileage to anything else other than the fuel line recall being done since nothing has changed other than that.

I am getting mine done on Monday, we'll see how it goes. Hopefully it will save me from my 17mpg horror.

Everyone's getting better mileage after the recall because with the new fuel rail, you're gas isn't leaking all over the engine bay!!!

BTW, I just got the letters in the mail from Lexus and I believe the fuel rail one is a recall, the other two (steering linkage and rear brake) are just TSIB's.

I called my local dealer yesterday to have this work done, and they won't take me in until mid-April.
