If you have IS250 you don't need spacers.. it will clear the brake caliper..

but not for the 350

Can you use wax on the lips to protect it?

umm not sure about wax.. what do you mean by "protect" it? All I use is the wheel cleaner and it still looks as shiny as new..

It's like waxing your paint to protect the surface.

Yes, some people use a wheelwax to give the lips a little bit of an extra shine and some added protection

However these are clear coated so it is not needed.

sorry for bumping an old thread, but what size tires are you running front and back? other than dips on the hwy at 75 mph, did you have any other rubbing issues?
