It means you run a smaller size tire on a bigger wheel so your tires will be stretched and the lip of your wheel will stick out. How much it sticks out depends on what size tire you run.

yah im going to be running 225/30/20 on a 20x8.5 rim with a 30mm offset.
i wanted it to be flush but.. im on a budget! new rims i get will be flush tho

hopefully, im pretty broke. lol i just bought a new 6000k d4s bulb, puddle lights, parking light, a hid kit for my fogs.. but i wanna drop it on f-sport springs

^^ havnt put them in yet, but i bought garax 6000k d4s bulbs and im ordered these http://www.ddmtuning.com/products/DD...Kit-101-0.html for my fogs! gonna see how they work out they were 70 bucks!
