You can get it here

Its $40 per yard now and they're going to carry silver and black carbon fiber soon. I think the charcoal matches perfectly with our Navi trim color and the side silver trims.

the material feels real soft but smooth like silk. you can feel the individual weaves too. you have to see and feel it in person. pictures will not do at all!

I'll try to post better pictures and pictures of the shifter up close later after work. And its not vinyl. Its fabric with carbon fiber weaved on top. Its nice and soft. I've seem vinyl and its not even close to even compare lol...

In Dubai, there's a shop that does this stuff, but I'm sure it will cost alot. but I remember I found in a magazine, there were like 5 types of finishes. couldn't find it on the website though.

But I found this lol:

How many yards did you buy? Still debating if I should do it or not.

those wrap jobs are crazy and insane. i would hate to line all that up to match the direction of the weave

You just need 1 yd. However, if you're worried that you might mess up, I would get 2 just to be safe.

After doing the center console, cupholder, ash tray, and 4 door switches, I still have about a half of a yd left

Looks really good.

I'm in Ft. Worth and I know there are a few other F owners from this area.

Does this stain easy?

Can you spray a protectant you would typically use on dash surfaces?

from the seller:

CF Fabric prides itself of the following:

* Extended Longevity
* Dry Carbon Effect
* OE Quality Finish
* Water Resistant
* Stain Resistant
* Crack Resistant

but from what I've tested, water doesn't seem to be a problem. I even managed to get glue on the fabric and was able to remove it just by rubbing it off. no damage at all.

I sprayed the adhesive on the trim itself. Make sure you mask off the clips just to be safe. Let it dry for roughly 15-30 seconds. With the fabric facing down, grab the trim by the clips and lay it on the fabric. Flip it over and smooth out the bubbles or any thick adhesive. After using your hands and there's still some bubbles, use a credit card or something flat and press on the trim with it

lol i'm not even sure if I answered that correctly...if you're wondering what adhesive I used, it was 3M Multi-Purpose Spray Adhesive 77. You can get it at your local home depot or lowes for $10.

you order by email or phone.

the fabric isn't their normal "inventory." they actually do wrapping service too I believe. but since the market for DIY'er's has increased, they decided to sell the fabric.
