hey 2slow...i was trying to do the 3 button near the dimmer switch, and i used the 1206 lights, the same ones i used for the doors, but they dont seem the work. Are they supposed to be the same lights?

1. There's not enough connection so you'll need to resolder it.
2.LED is the wrong way. Flip it around and check.
3.Busted LED. You might have burnt the LED when soldering so try using another one.
Try using a 12v multi meter and touch each end of the LEDs. If the LEDs light up then it works. The one that doesn't is wrong.

ya, i was going to ask the same question as binh. I plan to wrap my center console soon and wanna do this led mod as well.
How did u know 603s is the led that is the substitute for the existing lights? I tried looking for 603s on ebay and found nothing... =(
Can anyone explain a little in depth how many you need and where to get?
