If anybody is planning to do this retro too, there are other foglight projectors that you can use. These are not bosch minis but they are still good,

Are their dimensions comparable? I might just pick up a set of blazers if they'll fit the same way and have comparable output. Maybe mod them to accept a D2s...but it sounds like a lot of work, so i'd prefer a bosch mini. perhaps.
Still waiting on some output pics !

I like the cutoff of the blazers and the spread but they look too big and long to fit into the 2is fogs.
