Default First trip for Lexus service (TPMS)

Getting a second set of TPMS linked up to my car today and it is also the first time Im taking my car in for any kind of service at my local lexus dealer. I bought the car at lexus of Manhattan but I live in Buffalo NY. I'll let everyone know how it goes and what they charge me. I have the tires for my 20's not on the rims so im going to see if the TPMS can be put in the tires if not "pipe bomb" it is. So im getting the TPMS linked and have tires mounted on my 20's and put on the car 225/35/20. Anything I should know or watch for when they have my car?

Quoted at $120 for TPMS linked/installed and $100 for tires mounted and balanced.

hmmm the mount and balance is quite pricey as they won't have lifetime balancing kinda thing... and they got my TPMS programmed free but i had to put it on my wheels myself..

Charged me $225 for everything my car is there now and will be done this afternoon. Called Toyota they wanted $100 opposed to to Lexus $120 but they said they never did it before so whats $20 to get it done right!
