Im in the market for a is250awd, the stock rims are too my liking, so im looking to upgrade right away, but i dont think the aftermarket rims come wit preasure sensors, so is it somthing that has to be installed by a proffesinal or somthing i can do by my self.Do i remove the existing ones from the stock rim or do i have to buy them aftermarket ones and have them installed by the dealer?

if your aftermarket rims support TPMS sensors, then you could just swap them yourself, or have the shop that mounts the tires do it.
If you want to keep a spare set of winter and summer tires, then you'll need 2 sets of TPMS sensors. You need the dealer to program the 2nd set.
