Do the dealer flush the engine oil as part of the service bulletin? I have to change the oil now, but I have my appointment for the recall on the 14 of April. I dont want to put new oil and then the dealer will have to dump it in order to get the job done.

No they do not change the oil. In fact i was right at 19k miles and they called me to see if i wanted the 20k service while my car was there for the recall. I told them no because i changed my own oil 3 weeks ago. They did all 3 things on the recall list they gave me a es 350 as a loaner and i got my car back the next day...The only thing you will notice is the steering is much better then it used to be, more taut like a performance car.

They do not. I asked when I dropped mine off and ordered an oil filter and crush washer. Although now that they are doing my head gasket, I dont think I will need it now.
