It will not work for the US market. Different frequencies according to FCC regulations.

for the cost of importing one and all the requisite accessories/receiver from Japan, some enterprising EE could probably just disassemble the US-spec key and fit it into a watch case themselves. but it's a neat idea, the Aston DBS comes with a watch-key I think.
