What a bummer! We've all been to bars, so it could have happened to any of us. *chills*
Still looks like a truck bumper did some damage. Not sure about the hater thing, especially if you were parked next to other nice cars as you mentioned. I think there are more BMW haters out there than Lexus haters. And I can't imagine someone walking up to a car out of the blue and start kicking it. That would call out a lot more attention than someone backing into you.
Check to see if there were any security cameras and keep us posted.

Seems like someone backed into the car. It's kind of hard to kick above the front bumper like that without being in an awkward position. Not all accidents include paint transfer. Some trucks/SUVs have chrome bumper. Plus the impulse from the kicking/hitting would have triggered the alarm, especially since it takes more than 1 hit to make that kind of damage.

Got back from the dealership a while ago. They wanted $1300 just for the HID headlights... I'm shocked... anyway does anybody know where i can buy the headlights besides the dealership... thx

u nailed it dead on...i am always paranoid about where i park and when esp on the weekends..here in seattle its pretty bad...but lucky for me my car is fine..i did however notice a total of 3 door dings...now those pi%% me off..i cant wait to catch someone doing it and be like "excuse me i hope you have your check book with you/i accept all major credit cards(paypal ready). BOO for inconsiderate dumbasses out there
