Ebay kits do not come with the level of customer satisfaction that other companies have, but after hearing about so many good things regarding various brands, I'm inclined to believe that they work about as well as most of the other aftermarket stuff out there

When you buy eBay kits, its pretty much hit and miss. I would say majority of the time it will its good though. The main concern would be the bulbs and the ballast durability.
I know first hand that the bulbs they claim are most of the time off. Like color wise, my cousin bought D2S 8K bulbs and they did not look like 8K it was more like 6K.
Ballast: No real guaranty of the longevity of the ballast and if its protected from the elements.
*If your trying to get HID fogs or anything, check out the vendor section first. Xenondepot has some great deals right now. 100 bucks for their VOLT kits..
BUt like i said, majority of the time the eBay stuff will last but it might not be consistent.
