Hub rings

i installed my wheels and when i want to take it off... the hub rings are stuck to the hub bore the rotor side... what to do? spray some lube? or water??

I think I used a butter knife and lightly tapped away at it on my Civic SI once. Can't remember if I used WD-40 on it.
