This is one location: http://www.zainostore.com/

I like the stuff, but i appear to have some very, very minor scratches on the hood (that can only be seen under halogen lights), and they've been there since I've purchased the car (I'm assuming they used a brush when they detailed the cars on the lot). The Zaino process (including Z-5) didn't really seem to make a difference.

..However, no one even knows about the scratches. As I mentioned, they can only be seen under halogen lights at close range ;-)

Did you use the Z-PC? Cause there hasn't been a scratch that I haven't gotten out with that.

And for the question of where you can get these: look at www.carwaxzaino.fi (that's a finnish page so you won't understand much) but in the right hand bottom corner you can see links to different Zaino shops in the USA and in the UK.

I think scratches will go away with Z-Pc or other car polish (light polish) like Meguiars or Menzerna

I thought Z-5 would take care of minor scratches (especially on a new car), so I haven't used Z-PC, but I'll have to give it a whirl!

You'll do that. What color was your car?

If you're asking from me - the emblems are just the way they were when I received the car, and it was new when I bought it so nothing has been done to them.

And I totally agree with you, this is the best color ever

Okay, so with the minor scratches I would proceed like this:
(I am not a pro, just have taken good care of my own cars..)
- wash with Dawn (or Dinitrol if you have that) - to remove all grease and other residues
- go through with Z-18 claybar (and remember to use with water or something else that's wet)
- wash with Z-7
- apply Z-PC (if you have a machine I suggest you use it)
- apply Z-AIO
- apply Z-6 or Z-8
- apply Z-5 (since your car was granite)
- apply Z-6
- apply Z-5
- apply Z-6 and Z-8
and you're done! And I bet the scratches are gone
