Fogs without lowbeams info
Heya folks
To those who kept track of a couple of threads about 'fogs without lowbeams' subject. I've spoken to the tech who did it for me, and he assured me that its not software feature but hardware (i.e. wiring), so my thoughts about how to enable it via dashboard ECU were false, but they stand correct about disabling TPMS via dashboard ECU software hack.
So what he said about fogs stuff is that euro ISx50 and USDM ISx50 have different wirings, so if you want fogs on regardless of lowbeam you need to mess with wires rather than software. He didn't give any exact clues (would be useless anyway since I'm far from electrics) but he said its not a big deal. I guess its much easier than hacking dashboard ECU.
Good luck
