Default Nav screen doesn't dim

My Nav screen used to change from a white background to a black background at night time.

This no longer happens and I can't find a setting to change this.... anyone know how to change this setting?

Turn your interior light dimming switch ..the one on the left side of the dash, not steering column...to the left. You have it locked down all the way to the right side, therefore it won't adjust to night driving mode.

^^Thanks... and I'm not quite sure where the manual is, which is why I posted here.... otherwise I would have looked there first.

If that doesn't cure it, *at night* hit the DISP button, and de-selct "Day Mode".
