you should be able to go with a +35 offset and still be good. but it also depends how low your drop is. i have offsets in the mid +35 with the same diameter and width your looking into and the rubbing is not that bad. it only rubs when i make fast sharp turns, nothing to serious. i also have a 1.25" drop. +45 offsets is really conservative, it'll basically look like the stock wheels in terms of the flushness.
also you might want to reconsider running a staggered set up on an AWD drive. i've heard running a staggered set up on an AWD can mess up your tranny or differentials or something like that. dont ask me the specifics cuz i dont know to much about it, but maybe someone here can explain it better.

Thanks for the advice, but I just thought that since stock is +45, if i do +45 with 8.5 in the front and 9.5 in the rear, don't i stick out .5 inch more than stock in the front and 1.5 inch more in the rear? I want it to not rub at all, so what would be the most aggressive offset I can go without rubbing? Thanks!!
BTW, i'm lowered on H&R so i think its something like 1.4" drop in the front and 1.3" in the rear or something close to that

On this wheel it will be the +45 for NO RUBBING... on a regular ISx50
+35 in the front will require fender tab modifications for sure.
Especially if dropped and if with 235/35/19 tires

a wheel with a wider width does not necessarily mean it will stick out more. the actual wheel will be wider but it is the offset (which is distance between the centerline of the wheel and hub-mounting surface of the wheel) that determines how much it will stick out. the higher the offset the more your wheels will tuck into the fender, the lower the offset the more it will stick out.
+45 would be the safest setting you can go with to NOT RUB AT ALL, but it will look just like stock in terms of how much your wheels stick out. you also might be able to get away with it +40 without any fender modification.
and yes with +35 you will have to modify your fender for sure, in order for it to not rub AT ALL, but in my previous post with my +35 i do rub but its not that bad. hope this helps.
also you might want to talk to your wheel dealer about running a staggered set up with an AWD to make sure it wont mess up your car in the long run.

I feel +45, although is safe for scrubb free ride, move to far in for the agressive look.
Could you please elaborate, or even better with the pictures of where and how to modify the fender tab that you referred to?
If it's just a minor, easy modification, I might consider doing it in exchange of being able to run more agressive offest...

On the ISx50:
The front fender bolt tab is located at the edge of the front fender and bumper connection, under the plastic liner..
All you need is a dremel & some patience.
