True they are expensive to mod. But they are so nice. At the end of the day you have a nice stylish vw where this other guy has a eg6 with a k20 engine in it. I take a R32 anyday. When modded properly you can run low 12s no?

Agreed, there are certain rules that I abide by and that's no city street racing, no busy highway racing, no playing cat and mouse through traffic, late nights with empty fwy's gets an ok. A lot of us might deny that we ever race, but the truth of the matter is a lot of us do it and don't say anything because we don't want to be bashed or flamed on, w.e. I play it safe I learned from many

Mods, this thread should be moved to the "Stories/Racing enthusiast"

How about 250 rwd auto with intake.......can it keep up with honda accord coupe 2005 V6.....
Honda Auto V6 coupe.
240hr power front wheel drive stock.
top speeds 130mph?

IS250
204 hrspower plus intake....rwd
Top speed 140mph
Would IS250 handles the honda after passing 110mph since to top speeds is higher should get better accelerate in high speed???

P.S the honda is kinda have like 60k miles and it's a salvage car. this guy i know that he has.

is250 is slow, i call bs on whoever said it keeps up w/ the is300 bcuz is300 is almost as quick as the rsx-s and the rsx-s will make a is250 look like its parked.

No bro, last I checked you tried saying IS300 were fast, you corrected yourself in the last post, no I don't consider mid 15's fast, same reason I'm able to run IS300's. Although you seem to think they're so fast they make IS250 look parked.

Maybe you should try it & then give us feedback

no, i said is300s were almost as quick as a type-s, and a type-S does/will/have/always will make a 250 look like its parked. i mean hell, if i was taking 350z g35s and is350s w/ my little 2.0 i4, what the hell do you think would happen to an is250? lol. none the less, rsx is a g@y car. im happy i got rid of that pos

depends if the IS300 is stock or not. ive seen plenty of races between stock 2IS' and stock IS300s, both cars in manual and auto. every time the 2IS won, but not by much. swapped drivers as well

fyi these were rolling 40s and also dead stops. and when i say 'manual and auto', i dont mean sport shift. i mean different cars with different transmissions

Well put, I went against both an AT and a MT, from a dig & roll.
Modded there's no question the IS300 has the upperhand
