No problem I was torn between the gray and ecru when I bought mine, the 2009 gray interior is very nice. With GFM being hard to find I just decided to get whichever of the two came on the first available car.

Thanks! Let me tell you how I love driving this car 5 days in! I had a 2003 Lexus IS, and then a 2006 Maxima. This new 2009 IS 250 AWD is unreal. I never have been so excited to have to go somewhere. Driving it is just a rewarding experience and I've never had that feeling with other cars.

The handling is so smooth around turns, and bumps in the road. If i make a sharp turn i don't fly into my door, there are no jerks in the transmission when accelerating into higher gears. The response of the steering wheel is tight yet just enough power not to be difficult. The turning radius is awesome (maxima has an awful turning radius).

The BT mic works flawlessly.... Speaking of which, does anyone know where the mic is actually located? I looked in the manual briefly but i didn't find it. SOme people complain that my voice is low, so if i know where the actual mic is i would be able to speak closer to it...

The interior of the car is awesome!! Dash lights are great, love the cool blue look. I like the proximity lights on the side view mirrors at night when you approach the car. Also love the ambient floor lighting in the front under the drivers and passengers dash. Love the texture of the leather on the steering wheel....is it a composite? It feels really tight and not bumpy like other leather wheels i've had.

The seats are very comfortable and hug you in all the right places. The brakes are superb and you glide to a stop without being lunged forward.

So far no complaints at all. I'm deciding what errands i have to run tomorrow so i have an excuse to drive around!

IMO...the best color made for this car. Maybe its because I have one too....hahaha. Great choice and welcome.
