no other way except to use a blade or driver or sanding/repainting???
There must be a product that wont do damage! T-T

Commercially they are chemicals that they use to remove cured silicone like tetra hydro furan. But that stuff is nasty and just might burn your paint away too lol.

Or if you checkout your local lowes/home depot there's this stuff called Silicone be-gone that MIGHT work.
