Default REQUEST: DIY Front Bumper Removal

Hi there, i've done a "SEARCH" already, and cannot find
a DIY front bumper removal. but instead found alot of HID installation
(w/o removing bumper)

Basically i got 4 ballast installed behind the bumper support,
and recently found one of the HIDs is flickering. so i need to get
one of the ballast replace under warranty (Apexcone)

but instead of goin' to the shop and pay for labour,
i'm j/ seein' if there are any DIY here~

method and tools and how-to....

Looking forward to see some replies, (and pics if possible)

thx very much!

Just work slowly, remember where everything was, and don't be afraid to yank on the bumper a little.
It is definitely harder to reinstall then it is to take off.

and would you happened to know how many fasteners are located
underside that i have to remove? all 10mm? no clips or rivets right?

Please advise~
