I havent read every reply but my first reaction is:
why are you dynomatting? If for purposes of rattling from Subs then you've just wasted a lot of money...that is unless your subs will be mounted very poorly. If for purposes of road noice...I can maybe see that but then again I'm assuming you have a modified exhaust given all your other mods. And why modify your exhaust (minimal HP gains) if you want to block out the sound?
I have a SIGNIFICANT audio/visual system considerably lounder than your JL's will be. I dont know how much power I'm pushing exactly but it's more than you'd be able to handle sitting inside. My side popout compartments on the doors were fitted with custom speaker modules. THere are custom speaker mounts in the corners of rear windows. My trunk has some wicked subs and lots of fiberglass and motorized components in the trunk; With that said, I've never had any buzzing/rattling except for the sunroof visor when opened. I also hear some rattle from various overlapping fiberglass (the whole trunk is fiberglassed) but a few large sheets would fix that. When the trunk is closed it's rattle free. Maybe a gas cap lid or license plate frame could potentially rattle.
Props for all the hard work and for having the initiative to undertake a project like this but it was not needed in my option/experience.

Question:
I'm going to be purchasing puddle lights from trendy todd as well. Did you install them yourself? If so can you PM me and maybe we can have a brief discussion about your process. I'd like to know what you did and how long it took you.
