Default To Powdercoat or not to??

So I tried to tint the back tail lights of my car, well not me but someone else, and found it to be a real pain. So now the other option is to powercoat them, since I live near the border we can get it done cheap, about $40 bucks a piece, so what do you guys think?? I have blacked out 20's on my car and am going for that "murdered out, gangster" look. I am also looking for other acc. to complete the look, can you help??

I don't think you can powder coat the tail lights....it is not metal. You can spray tint it or smoked vinyl.

Considering the fact that to powercoat something, you have to first sandblast it, then coat it, then bake at temperatures greater than 450F, I'm gonna go out on a limb and say powdercoating your taillights is definitely not an option. LMAO.

+1 hahaha

You can’t powder coat taillights......

You have to tint them or paint them......

Good luck!

lol... I thought it was about break calipers when I first read it, but it's all good... :P
Just smoke it out with the tint. Don't cut corners though.
