New Interior LED's by Xenon Depot for the 2IS dome lights!!

I have a few questions.
1. Are these lights the exact same color front and back?
2. How close in color are they to the 08 White Illuminated Door sills?
3. Can we order single bulbs, that match, to put with my clear door lenses, and vanity lights?
4. Is there any way to take a video or other pictures to illustrate any flicker and 3-dot effect of these LED's.
For Those of you wondering how to put these in, it is real easy!
Front Dome Light- Take out the two screws inside the sunglasses holder, then pull down on the side by the sunroof until the plastic plugs pop out. Once inside you will see the three bulbs that you can twist out and replace.
Rear Dome- On the back side of the lens you will see a small inlet to put in a flat head screw driver and gently pry it out. Once out, replace the bulbs and make sure they work, because they might be in backwards.

2) Color match to door sills - Perhaps Joe can answer this question for you as I do not have an IS to compare.
3) Matching bulbs: You can definitely order matching bulbs. Please view this link:

If you scroll down a little bit you will see that we have an "Automotive Light bulb finder." Please go ahead and insert your car year, make, and model and you will be directed to the appropriate bulb on our website to upgrade your other bulbs to LED.
