Any camera with control over the shutter speed will do the trick. Most point and shoots have the capibilty to do amazing shot but are usally left on auto.

First attempt at rolling shots taken during the NorCal 2IS BBQ. The light wasn't that good since we drove out a little too late plus shooting dark-colored cars didn't help either. We'll try again in our next event.
