I'm pretty sure it's a cigarette lighter and the LED's light up when you heat the coil. I've seen a similar product on ebay before

My friend has one of those and it is honestly ridiculous how bright it is it will shine a solid 30-50 feet I dont think its the LXmode one but still i cant imagine it being much different
