hmmm think the only thing that fits easily is the a/c vents.. and the sides of your center console.. the shift ***** and the headrest hold on thing... and the center armrest. piece

The 2 Side Air Vents will not fit either.. made for RHD...
right along with the center console and front door trims that were mentioned earlier..
The pictures we are looking at, are indeed of a JDM Lexus IS-F....

Wow it kind of make me think that this company and probably Think Design might be getting their CF parts from one place.
Anyhow here is my custom center console and window switches they made for me that im waiting for them to send.

Im not sure but maybe soon. Like my A/C vents, right after they made mine they have some for sale.
