I've been torn between a G35s or 2nd gen IS. My question about the IS is...due to money and crap, I can either get a 07/08 loaded IS250. Or get an 07 IS350 with no options. My question is, has anyone bought an IS from Carmax? If I got one from Carmax with 30k miles on it, my Lexus warranty would still cover me to 60k right? I'm just wondering if anyone's bought one from them and how well they are inspected and/or treated. Although I do want a fast car(IS350/G35), I think I'll realize I'd be more happy with the navi/HID's,etc and a "quick" cruising car that would be nice to take on backroads and around town(IS250)

if you commute a lot, 250 would be your best bet....

went to one of the carmax dealer here in CA, I think they are relatively reliable....

Oh I've been a member a while haha. I had a 93 GS300, then got rid of that for a new Corolla XRS back in 06. Now graduation is coming up and I'm looking to the 2nd Gen IS

I saw that one 350 on Carmax, it is a rarity, it has no options at all.. I would keep looking.. I just picked up an 08' 350 loaded with Nav with 12k miles for $30k.
