Default Dashboard Mat

Does anybody have pictures of a dashboard mat on their IS? Any recommendations for a good quality one? I don't care if it makes the car ugly,I park outside and its hot! I will remove it when it starts to get cold.

Thanks

Dashboard mat? Why not just get a front windshield sunshade?

Definitely a quality sunshade will work better to keep your car interior cool then the mat...

When we bought or IS250 we had to sign a waiver that we wouldn’t put anything ugly on the car like fuzzy dice, bobbing heads on the rear shelf, or dashboard mats.

Instead of buying a dashboard mat, get a sunshade from Canvas Works www.canvasworks.com It is custom fit to your IS, lowers your interiors temp. by 25+ degrees and protects your carpet/leather from fading due to UV rays.

If you get the mat, tint your front windshield to 5%, so nobody will see it!

For those who reacted with sarcasm sorry you guys feel that way but please stay on topic.....like I said I don't care if its ugly!(its only for the summer,I am looking for "function" and not looks!)
Thanks to those who gave some recommendations, I already have the Windshield sunshade but the dashboard still gets hot...I wish I could tint it but I may get a ticket.I will check canvasworks.

If you're worried about a tint ticket just get a lighter tint in the 35-50+% range. It'll still have 98% UV rejection and with solar (heat) rejection properties.

IMO, the issue is NOT whether you’ll get a ticket or not. Rather, it’s a matter of safety, i.e., if you’re going to have a serious accident due to a reduced ability to see at night.
