I agree with everybody else, I wouldn't have my car fixed at that shop since they seem to be so careless. I wouldn't settle for a repaired fender or bumer because after banging and bending it back, bondo is needed to fill in the small imperfections. Bondo wasn't there in the first place and it's not your fault so getting new parts is only right. The shop can keep the old bumper and fender and hang it up on the wall as a reminder of their driving skills.
The sensor too is scratched and they might try to sand it down and repaint it. That should be replaced too.

Damage is up to 2700. Turns out the headlight housing took some damage as well, and needed to be replaced. Car should be out of the shop in a few days...
