how do you remove on the side of the doors the chrome thingy?

Default how do you remove on the side of the doors the chrome thingy?

like the title says how do you remove that i bought the car like that and i dont like it how can i remove the chrome on the doors to not damage my stock i dont like to flashy lol ty in advance

What chrome on the side of the doors? Are they door guards to protect the edge of the doors because stock 2IS's doesn't come with them. Post some pictures so we know what you are talking about.

He's talking about the chrome window trim on all 2IS cars.

As for the question, I dunno how to take it off, but if you search "Window Trim" you'll find other threads on the topic.

i dont think u can take them off..but u can use vinyl to cover them.

use a heat gun to heat up and something to use to go behind it and peel off thats how i did mine at least! don't overheat though can mess up the stock parts and melt

This would probably be the best way. Just buy some alcohol, floss/fishingline, and goo gone to help peel it off slowly.
