Default F-Sport quick shifter - input required

I am very anoyed with the second gear clunking on my new 2009 IS250 6MT, the dealer says they dont have a clue and that should be normal. Please I need input from you guys that got the F-Sport shifter installed if it fixes that problem once for all.
Thanks to all.

I got the short shifter on my 08 6MT...it'll helps to some degree but no fix. Lots of us had complained to the dealer (including me), but so far no fix.
Like many agreed, the market for manual is small so Lexus probably will never look at it.

It only took about 2.5 hours to install when I did mine a couple years back. Find some posts about it. It would have been faster if I had some of the tips that was in those posts but I was one of the first ones who ordered and installed the intake.

Took about 2 hours, but they gave me a loaner car. Get the quick shifter with the F-Sport shift ****. I know, I know, it sounds silly, but it pretty much eliminated any clunkiness of the transmission. Don't ask me how... maybe the **** changed the angle a little bit and made it easier to shift.
