I picked this up over the weekend...
Don't flame me but here it is. I am still a loyal Lexus fan and I am keeping my IS350 but the drive is completely different. However, there are still many aspects that Lexus outshine this new baby.
It's an E90 M3 with Jerez Black/Fox Red Interior (Not extended)/6MT Fully Loaded.

Congrats on the BMW!
They are really nice cars.
So what aspects stand out for each car (pros and cons).
Hahaha, nice eryk... My friends are also BMW owners and keep trying to convert me from Lexus.

More pics added. I will take some more once I get my DSLR back from my brother that he borrowed for his trip. I got lucked out because my girlfriend is going to take over the payments on the Lexus and this M3 was a really good price. Otherwise, I would have gotten the 335i but the price was only a couple thousand different.
BMW M3 vs Lexus IS350
BMW Pros:
-M-Drive: I can preset the throttle, damper, steering wheel, and traction control and activate with a button on the steering wheel.
-Seats: Color choice, lumber up and down, leg extension, adjust the sides so they hug you tightly.
-Bluetooth: Picks up all contacts and I can voice dial without having the system to memorize my voice.
-HUD: The display between tach and speed is more informative. With Lexus, you have to keep pressing the display button.
-iDrive: Ok the iDrive sucks but it has traffic info and perspective (3D) view.
-Signal stick: Easier to signal to switch lanes.
-Cupholder: It is nicer than on the Lexus.
-Unique key settings: Settings are tied to the key so it makes it easier to have settings such as 24hr clock vs 12, preset buttons, drive mode, etc.
-Back seat shades: Shades are in the door frame so you just pull up.
-Manual Transmission: The auto on Lexus sucks even in manual mode as well as manual on Lexus (I had owned an IS250 MT).
-Mean looking car.
Lexus Pros:
-Seats: They are ventilated. BMW gets so hot and stays hot. I never realized how much better the seats feel. The leather is also nice and soft.
-Navigation: So much easier to use with keyboard and ability to add waypoints.
-Backup Camera: SOO USEFUL! As well as front parking sensors.
-Climate and Audio: Very easy to control.
-Dumbo Ears: It is hard to switch back to those tiny mirrors.
-Lock buttons: Window and lock buttons are all in one place making it easier to use.
-Memory Seats: Has passenger side memory seats.
-LED Lights interior: Very bright in comparison.
-Cruise control: So much easier to use and more intuitive IMO.
-Sexy looking car.
If I think of more, I will add on to this list.
