HELP! My IS 250 has sprung a leak!?!?!?

I assume his carpets/mats are wet.
I haven't noticed this with my '06 250, but my car is also out of warranty now so this is starting to get to me.
I have noticed my car dripped a little bit here in the TX heat/humidity, but I'll make sure and start paying attention to it.

I took the car to the dealership and the service rep is charging me $550 to fix this problem. The cost of the repair is originally is over 1100. I dont know if i can get this job done cheaper but atleast im already saving half at Lexus.

WoW,
This is simple maintenance. When you change your oil and have the car in the air on jack stands or a lift put a wet/dry vac on the drain hose and let it run for a few mins. I have always done this along with the sunroof drain lines in the trunk at least once per year.

Where is the drain?
I would rather do this myself and save me the money. The only good reason for me taking it to the lexus is because they will replace the dash and carpet and fix the drain problem for only $550. My car is not under warranty anymore so thats why i have to pay for this service. The water inside the car is mostly in the floor of the back seats. I took part of the carpet in the back seat out and lifted the cushion that is underneath. I literally filled half a bucket with water from both cushions. The cushion part is what hold most of the water.
