Thanks guy, There was a lack of communication, mostly on my part, but i have resolved it and i think next time i will proof read what i say and read what i sign.

Hey man, sorry to hear about your experience. As long as you didn't get suckered too much money and the problem is fixed, you learn and live. I just bought a new IS250 2009 and it was my first car purchase. I must say I learned a lot going through the process of purchasing a car. Overall I think I paid a bit more than others but I got the color I wanted and the salespeople were awesome letting me floor their test cars before I could decide on the 350 or 250. They were extremely helpful getting the car I wanted at the price that was within my budget.

I think in the end you should be glad you didn't get the 745IL ... I heard nothing but bad things about that BMWs... from my personal mechanic, forums, and salespeople that worked at numerous other brands besides lexus...

A side note, all these conceited **********s who are bashing about your English should learn to get out more. Thanks for serving our country and god bless.
