Default Wheels or Coils?

Times are tough. I can only mod one thing at a time. If you had a choice to choose, which mod should be done first....wheels or coils? I have the Five:AD S5:F and Megan LPs in mind. Eventually, I will do both. But for the time being.....

I would go with coils first too. In my opinion, a lowered car on stock wheels look better than aftermarket wheels at stock height in most cases.

Yep s Do coilovers first, then wheels. You will hate yourself with wheels at the stock 4x4 height.

100% coils. never put wheels on without a drop man...it's just not fair to the car. It's like an ugly chick using make-up to look better yet it simply makes things worse. doesn't help. same situation.

+1 for coils. I'm in the same position as you, but after some careful thinking coils are the way to go.

yuppers, coils! then if its going to take you a long time to save for the wheels, maybe throw some spacers on there using the stock wheels to 'hold you over'

heck, a lot of CL members have that look with no interest in swapping out the wheels as that is their 'finished product'

Def on spacers to hold you over, because if its going to be a long time before the wheels, your def not going to enjoy the 'sunken in' look that the stockers provide when dropped.
