Right HID burned out.. bulb or ballast?
I went to wash my car today, and before washing i wanted to take a picture with HID's and foglights on and noticed that only the left one lit up, even the parking lights on the right one didnt light up, i gave the headlight a little smack and the parking light flickered on, but nothing out of the projector.
How do i tell if it's the ballast that has burned out, or if it is the bulb?
Should i take the bulb out of the left headlight and put it in the right one?
Thank you ahead of time.

You take the working bulb and use it on the non side that may be a broken ballast, if it doesn't fire up its the ballast. If it does fire up its the bulb.
It sounds like you may have loose/damaged wires if you had to hit it to turn on the light to turn on the DRLs and the low beams didn't come on. Report back to us.

Good news! Believe it or not, i gave the headlight another smack, and the bulb flickered! I took the bulb out of the other headlight, and put it in, lit up right away. When i put the bulb back in the original headlight, both of them turned on! I'm guessing this was because of a loose connection! Still going to take to mechanic soon, can't have this happening at night, i have no front plate, can't be setting off two red flags to the boys in blue!

Came out this morning to check if everything turns back on, and it once again didn't turn back on. Parking bulb lights right up but not HID, I'm pretty convinced that its water.
I have highway inspection on Friday morning, and I'm afraid if it does not turn on, I may fail it, so I'm going to have a buddy of mine take a look and if nothing turns on, I'm taking to the shop or dealer.

Taking it to the dealer for an aftermarket kit? Must be nice having money to just blow. Check your headlight housings. Did you drill holes and/or take away the plastic covers on the back of the headlights? If you did, you need to either (a) get the covers if they're gone or (b) fill the holes with some silicone RTV that you can get at any auto parts store.
It's not rocket science - just stop the condensation and then order a new set (not just one) of bulbs from wherever you got your kit.

since you have an aftermarket kit, what you will want to do is take that factory harness from the housing into your ballast. the blue is positive i believe, take a volt meter and tap the black ground lead into the black wire, and red positive lead into the blue. if there is voltage this means your headlight fuse is not out, then move onto doing the same thing with the two connecters from the ballast into the aftermarket HID bulbs. again, blue is positive, or in some cases it is red. if there is little to no voltage, the ballast is dead

Left work for lunch with a voltage meter and everything seems fine. I left the car out in the sun today, and i'm thinking it dried up whatever condensation is in there. This only happens in the morning, i'm guessing from morning dew and such, will update once i have perminent fix.

"Morning dew" shouldn't be enough to get inside your light unless like I said, you have absolutely no covers on the back (bad on you) or you've drilled such significant holes in those covers and ghetto-rigged the HID install or something.
Seal the housings before you start having real problems.

Make sure you install those covers correctly. It is a ***** to line up.
Also, what kind of HID kit do you have? For aftermarket, make sure it is fully potted cuz those holds best against water.
If it is the Hella Gen 3 knock-off style, you have to install it in a position where the vent will not get water.
Goodluck!

As far as i see there is no holes or significant space to let something inside the headlight, but i am going to inspect further.
