So I get outta my car, attempts to lock it. Nope. Tried fob and button on handle, but none of those would work. I hear no beep and I check all doors, nothing is open or loose. Weird....So I attempt to keep pressing the lock button. After about 30 tries, the car finally locks.
Now to unlock...wtf...put my fingers around the handle, nothing...press unlock on fob...also nothing...um![Uhh...](https://www.clublexus.com/forums/images/smilies/1387914497.gif)
The next morning, everything is back to normal. It was the strangest anomaly. The battery on remote is only 1.5 years old, so I know it's not that.
Totally weird...

I had this happened once and it was because the button was activated twice. It takes a little bit of time before it "reset" and could explain the weird problem. Its odd to prevent accidental locking/unlocking. It could be battery but it would act up again later. Just my 2cents

I had this happen to me as well and I think what caused it is that I accidently manually locked/unlocked the drivers door when I was cleaning the interior. I couldn't lock or unlock the doors using the remote until I started and shut off the vehicle.

This is the first time i've heard of something like this!! Phone and Keyfob are way different frequencies, that would mean that it wouldnt work if you kept pressing the garage door opener or something wireless that transmits signal, ill test this.
