At 34k miles, I've managed to avoid any door dings, but the rear has two scratches, and so does the drivers fender, all from careless people and their parking. Aside from this, its your typical road wear.

It happens...just have to live with it. After some time, have it all repaired if it bothers you enough.

I think what messes with people is that they see photos of cars on sites like this, and the photos make the cars appear perfect... however if you've ever seen these cars in person, almost all of them have some scratches, chips, etc (unless they are trailer queens.. but then what's the point).

Like it's stated above, nothing is ever perfect but you can certainly drive yourself nuts trying to keep the car that way. I learned a long time ago to stop stressing over it.

Everybody has some sort of damage on their car, its unavoidable unless your cars a garage queen.

You can greatly reduce the possibility of damage by parking far far away from other cars and avoiding run down areas. Don't forget to gently wash your car every 2 weeks.

ive got some marks in my bumper from rocks and stuff. dont really care. i dont mind scratches on my paint since a good detail and remove them or minimize them to where its not noticeable. door dings however **** me off but i have yet to get one. ****ing hate people who are such inconsiderate *******s that they cant even watch where they are opening their door.

I have a couple of rock chips on my bumper and my hood, a couple of light scratches here and there, and a dent about the size of a quarter on my hood from hail. I'll have to live with it.

I got rock chips up front, and I scratched the crap out of the illuminated part of my door sill with my high heels.
