I plan to have clear bra installed on my Starfire Pearl IS this month. However, I read somewhere that clear bra will turn Starfire Pearl into yellowish color.

Any truth to that or you guys think that only applies to cheap clear bras?

its prob the cheap clear bras. Plus, i think the clearbra would turn yellow before your car does.

Most clear bras shift the color a bit, not the actual paint its just the clear bra yellowing, but if you get a good clear bra this wont happen, theres a guy at VIP Autosalon i think his name is Harris he does real good clear bras with good material.

What they said. Its not the paint, its the clear bra that gets old and warn, otherwise whats the point of the clear bra if not to protect. Getting a more expensive one would probably be a better investment in the long run

I have 3M clear bra on my 8+ years old TL and no discoloration yet.
