The gains would be minuscule. Saving weight from rotational mass does A LOT, but lugnuts are too small for gains.

truth is... you have a street car, light weight lugs wont do anything unless you totally strip the car, build a tube chassis and make a dedicated track car and only then will light weight lugs make any sense.

For alternative solution, just put your self on diet and lose a pound or two.
