No its a GoPro camera. You can shoot upto 2 hours of video and take pictures also. Its wide angle. The kit comes with suction cups, a water proof case, adjustable arms, a roll bar mount and the camera. They use them for track days etc... but it done a really cool job at the show. Best of all you can find them for under $175.00.
